What to get for the moonshine fan who has everything?
A pair of autographed large mouth mason jar tops!
$2.50 a set!
(s&h $2.50)
I'm always delighted to sign a book. I was tickled pink when folks asked for my John Hancock on a jar top. My father is gone. His hand is still. But his children are alive and well and holding a pen.

I was sitting here writing this morning and saw on the Ellen show, Kellie Pickler give Ellen a jar of Popcorn's Whiskey.
I got to thinking about you and hoped that the whiskey was your old family recipe and not a "knock off".
Hope you're doing well! Peace- Leigh
Sadly, that's exactly what that is: a knock off. It's a name on a jar only. Popcorn had NOTHING to do with that shine being made. How could he? He's been gone since 2009. He didn't build the still. The recipe isn't a secret. How can that be Popcorn's? It isn't. The Sutton family (blood) has nothing what-so-ever to do with such a product. :(
Sky,
I received my mason jar lids in the mail today, and I must say, I was like a little kid in candy shop. It just overwhelms me to know that I have the signature of a member of the sutton family. I also ordered the book and I'm very excited to get the book and read it.
Thanks again so much,
Seth
Oh! I was also very curious to know if you autograph your books?
Uhh... why in the Hell would ANYONE want YOUR signature? Who are you again? The product of one of Popcorn's one night stands?
You used this blog regularly to trash your father; now that he's gone you're using it to profit off of his name. I simply do not have a strong enough command of the English language to adequately describe what a festering piece of trash you are!
Ahhh, calling me "trash"- after more than three years of ABUSE from STRANGERS I really find you people dull. These jar tops are here BECAUSE they WERE asked for.I'm pretty sure no one has asked for YOU signature, Mean Stranger Who Spews Hate on My Page. Have yourself a nice day. Remember what TODAY is? It's the day MY FATHER committed SUICIDE. Was that YOUR FATHER??? No. Mine.
Leave it out mate its her dad r I p popcorn sutton legend
Sky I do have a quart of Popcorns moonshine,,,, A dear friend of mine in Maggie valley that was a good friend of Popcorn gave a quart several years ago I still have it,,,,
To the nice Anonymous with the jars of Popcorn shine: hold onto those- they're priceless. ;)
To Sky, I love learning of your father. Sounds like he was an amazing person. Watching movies and documentaries on tv about Popcorn thrills the shit out of me and my husband. I am going to get my husband a few things like books and maybe some videos of your dad. We recently visited Tenessee and were like two kids at Christmas. I would like to surprise my husband by getting him a few things about Popcorn. Any ideas? Keep up the good work you bring joy to others by the life stories of you and your family. I know its probally not possible but am a big fan and would enjoy talking to you.
The best Popcorn's items: 1) "Me and My Likker" by E.E.U (you can get it here:http://www.alibris.com/booksearch.detail?invid=11441170260&isbn=9781450733380&qsort=&page=1) 2) Then there's my book "Daddy Moonshine" which you can order from this blog. 3) If you'd like the personal touch people seem to get a huge kick out of the mason jar tops I sign. A fun little stocking stuffer. :) 4) There's also a book called "The Making and Marketing of a Hillbilly Hero: Popcorn Sutton"- a very good book. :)
